To claim our 60 Day Risk Free Trial, you can email our Customer Experience team at info@modibodi.com with the following information:  

1. A request to claim the 60 Day Risk Free Trial  
2. The order number and the name of the item you are wanting to claim  
3. A request for either store credit or refund 

Please note: You will be refunded or credited for the price you paid when purchasing the item. Shipping costs are not eligible for credit or refund with our 60 Day Risk Free Trial.

The following reasons may be used to invoke our 60 Day Risk-Free Trial: 

• Incorrect size purchased   
• Doesn't work for me (including leaking, too hard to use) 
• Too big/too small   
• Wrong item purchased   
• Do not like style/size/colour/print    

Our 60 day Risk Free Trial is not applicable for purchases made through external stockists or wholesalers. Our 60 Day Risk Free trial is only valid for purchases made directly through the Modibodi website. Please refer to the stockist or wholesaler return policy if purchasing elsewhere. 

60 Day Risk Free Trial for Nappies  

To celebrate the launch of our Reusable Nappy, any new or active customers can make a claim on 1 (one) Nappy Pack for their first Nappy Pack purchase made up until 30 November 2021 via the Modibodi website. Nappy Pack purchases made from 1 December 2021 onwards will not be eligible for our 60 Day Risk Free Trial.
