Great starter pack
I had never tried period pants before and didn’t know where to start. This gave me the chance to try the classic bikini heavy-overnight pants & the classic bikini light-moderate flow pair, with an extra pair of essentially “normal pants” (albeit good quality) thrown in. I found the heavy-overnight pants good for my first couple of heavy days & nights, and the light-moderate pants good for my last couple of lighter days. Need to do more experimenting to work out exactly when I can switch over. No leaks so far though and find them easy to rinse, wash & line dry - just need a few more pairs to get through a whole period now!
So pleased I can start cutting down on pads - I try to use eco-friendly, biodegradable brands but on my heavier days, I have needed the plastic backed high profile named brands to feel secure & prevent leaks. Not any more!! If I get a full set, I may even be able to stop buying them completely 🤞🏼
The only slight drawback is the black gusset. It makes it more difficult to monitor what is going on with your period or discharge - fine if you are regular & know what to expect, but I think there are a lot of times when it is helpful to be able to see what is going on, particularly if you have any irregular bleeding. Probably not as pretty though…
